Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform does not violate any laws applicable to them in their jurisdiction. 30jili makes no representation that the services offered are legal or appropriate for use in any jurisdiction outside its intended market.
By accepting these Terms you confirm that you are of sound mind and acting under your own free will, that you are not acting as a representative of any other person without their written authority, and that your participation in gambling activities on the 30jili platform is for personal entertainment purposes only.
Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one 30jili account. Registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, device fingerprints, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts may be suspended pending investigation and any balances may be held or forfeited.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. This includes your legal name, date of birth, and active Bangladeshi mobile number. You are obligated to update your account information if any details change. 30jili accepts no responsibility for losses arising from inaccurate information provided at registration or thereafter.
30jili may require identity verification at any point, including at the time of first withdrawal. Verification may include submission of a national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification document. 30jili reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of any required verification procedure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 30jili will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify 30jili support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
30jili accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via approved Payment Methods, which currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are conducted in BDT. 30jili does not accept credit card payments, cryptocurrency, or any payment method not listed as an approved channel at the time of the transaction.
The minimum single deposit amount is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum single transaction limits vary by Payment Method and are displayed at the point of transaction. 30jili reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time with reasonable prior notice published on the platform.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same Payment Method used for the most recent deposit unless otherwise approved by the 30jili support team. Processing times are typically 5 to 30 minutes for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and up to 3 banking business days for bank transfer methods. 30jili does not impose internal processing fees on standard withdrawals; however, third-party transaction fees levied by the Payment Method provider are the responsibility of the Player.
Withdrawals may only be requested from the Real Money Funds portion of a Player's balance. Bonus Funds are not directly withdrawable until applicable Wagering Requirements have been met in full. 30jili reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before releasing any withdrawal. Funds under active dispute or investigation will be withheld pending resolution.
An account that has recorded no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is classified as dormant. 30jili reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳50, deducted from the remaining Real Money Balance, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. Players will be notified by their registered contact details before dormancy fees are applied.
All bonuses and promotions offered by 30jili are subject to specific terms published at the time the offer is made. Where a conflict exists between a specific promotion's terms and these General Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence for the matter in question only. All other provisions of these Terms continue to apply in full.
Bonus Funds are credited separately from Real Money Funds. Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, the standard wagering requirement applicable to matched deposit bonuses is 30 times (30x) the bonus amount before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering must be completed within 7 calendar days of the bonus being credited, failing which the bonus and any winnings derived from it are forfeited automatically.
30jili employs automated and manual detection systems to identify patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk hedging bets to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine play, withdrawing funds immediately after meeting minimum wagering thresholds across multiple accounts, and coordinated exploitation of promotional structures. Any Player identified as engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonuses voided, their account suspended, and any withdrawals pending at the time of detection placed on hold pending full investigation.
30jili reserves the right to modify the terms of any ongoing promotion or to withdraw an offer entirely at any time where there is reasonable cause to do so, including but not limited to technical errors in promotional material, system abuse, or regulatory considerations. Where practical, affected Players will receive advance notification via their registered contact details.
30jili offers casino games, live dealer tables, slots, crash games, and sports betting markets. The availability of specific games and markets may vary and is subject to change without prior notice. 30jili does not guarantee continuous availability of any specific game or market and accepts no liability for losses arising from temporary or permanent removal of a game or market from the platform.
Minimum and maximum stake limits for each game and betting market are displayed within the game or market interface prior to placing a wager. Stake limits may be adjusted by 30jili at any time and may vary between Players based on account history, risk profile, or promotional eligibility.
In the event of a system malfunction, software error, or communication failure during gameplay or bet settlement, 30jili reserves the right to void affected bets and return the staked amount to the Player's account. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. 30jili will not honour winnings generated as a direct result of a verified system error, regardless of the displayed outcome at the time of the error.
Sports betting markets are settled based on official results as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Bangladesh Cricket Board for BPL matches, the International Cricket Council for ICC tournaments, FIFA for football events). Where an official result is subsequently revised, 30jili reserves the right to re-settle the affected market in accordance with the revised result. In-play bets are accepted at the Platform's discretion; odds are updated in real time and the odds displayed at the moment of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that wager.
Players are responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection during gameplay. If a disconnection occurs during an active game round in a casino or live dealer game, the outcome of that round will be determined by the game's certified RNG or live dealer result at the point of disconnection. 30jili accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of a Player's internet or device failure.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 30jili's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
30jili shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, any transaction or services obtained through the platform, or any other matter relating to these Terms.
30jili does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
30jili collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. 30jili applies SSL encryption to all data transmissions and stores personal data on secured servers. Player data is not sold to third parties. Data is shared only with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory bodies as required by applicable obligations.
30jili reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via their registered contact details and/or by a prominent notice on the platform no less than 7 calendar days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request closure of your account and withdrawal of any remaining Real Money Balance.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and 30jili, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through the 30jili customer support team. All formal complaints should be submitted in writing to [email protected]. 30jili will acknowledge receipt of a formal complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 10 business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure, both parties agree to pursue resolution through good-faith mediation before initiating any formal legal proceedings.
